a.       Descriptive text is text which using in daily activities how to describe thing, place, person, animal, etc. Descriptive text focus in one specific participants, and usually  frequent use of epithets and classifiers in nominal group.

Generic structure

·      Identification  : Part of descriptive text about what we will description, and always in the first paragraph because identification as indtroducing in general. Identification its cover background knowledge have to give before reader will describing.

·      Description      :  The next paragraph should more specific. And this paragraph about describing something what we will describe.

Language forms

·       Using simple present tense

·       Using of degree of comparision

·       Using of adjectives and compound adjectives

b.      Narrative text is text that tells about something that did not really happen but only the reef  by writer and tell something imagination and usually occur in the past time.

Generic structure

v Orientation      : introducing in the form of  “ what is the story about, who is the participant, where is the place setting, when is the time setting “ .

v Complication   : This paragraph is the main of narrative text. This text just tell incident with other incident.

v Resolution       : The problem can be solved.In narrative text, every problem that arise must be give a solution. Can be close happy ending or sad ending.

c.       Expository text is that is used to give explain, describe, give information or inform.
